  • I specialise in musculoskeletal injuries, including back pain, shoulder issues, hip and knee problems, and postural imbalances. Every program is personalised to your specific needs.

  • Both! I offer in-person sessions using Pilates apparatus and gym equipment, as well as online programs for home workouts — tailored to your injury and goals.

  • This depends on the severity of your injury and consistency with your program. Most clients notice improvements in mobility and strength within 2–4 weeks, with continued progress over time.

  • Weekly 10–20 minute exercise videos, PDF guides, and progressions tailored to your injury. Optional check-ins or Q&A sessions are available too!
