About this workshop

Most instructors cue what they were taught. This workshop teaches you to cue what you understand.

There's a gap between knowing an exercise and understanding the movement behind it. This 90-minute online workshop closes that gap — covering joint mechanics, muscle function, and why the same cue lands on one person and completely misses on another.

Open to Pilates instructors, Exercise Physiologists, and Exercise Scientists working in the Pilates space.

Joints act. Muscles react.

Is there pre-workshop material?

Yes — all registered attendees receive a short pre-workshop questionnaire and some preparatory content before the session to help Dan tailor the discussion to what's actually relevant for you.

Will there be a recording?

Yes. The full recording is sent to all registered attendees within 48 hours of the session.

Is this suitable for newly certified instructors?

Yes — the content is concept-based rather than technique-based, so it's designed to be useful regardless of how long you've been teaching.
