Built on science.
Applied to teaching.

Beyond the Cue is a 12-week online mentoring program built around anatomy, biomechanics, movement assessment and cueing. The depth of knowledge that makes the difference between a good instructor and an exceptional one.

We work through the body joint by joint. You'll develop a clinical eye, understand the science behind why bodies move the way they do, and learn how to apply that in every session you teach.

No soft skills. No fluff. No time wasted.

You've got the
what.
Now get the why.

Beyond the Cue is for instructors who want more than what their Pilates training gave them.

The curious instructor You know your exercises but you want to understand what's actually happening in the body, and why.
The instructor working with complex bodies Injuries, hypermobility, asymmetry, you want a clinical framework to work with confidence.
The instructor whose cues aren't landing You're giving good cues but clients aren't changing. You want to understand why and fix it.

This isn't for
everyone.

  • Instructors looking for repertoire coaching or classical method work
  • Complete beginners to Pilates teaching
  • Anyone wanting soft skills, mindset, or business coaching
  • People who want to watch but not engage

"The level of clinical depth in this program genuinely isn't available elsewhere for Pilates instructors."
